Andrew was graduated with High Honors from the University of Texas in 1992 with a dual degree in Management and Honors Business. He immediately enrolled in the University of Texas Law School and was graduated in 1995. While in law school, he co-founded CompuFlash, Inc. - a computer manufacturing company which he grew to the thirteenth largest computer manufacturer in Austin with sales exceeding $1.6 million dollars annually.
