Founded in 1997, the Globsyn Group has been the initiator of far reaching changes in Indian IT. Globsyn came in with the concept of "Infrastructure and Institution" for software, an idea that encompassed the co-existence of human and technological resources under one roof. Today, this is defined as Knowledge Infrastructure.
In this context, Globsyn has made pioneering efforts and achieved recognition from the industry for its Software Finishing School - TechnoCampus. The TechnoCampus concept has now been in operation for over four years, with an unique education model, totally driven by the industry needs.
Globsyn has recently acquired Schoolcircle.Com, an online self-learning network for schoolgoers, available from home and at franchised learning centers, thus opening up the scope of IT-empowered e-enabled distance learning with mentoring support.
Globsyn is also conducting personality development workshops across engineering colleges in West Bengal wherein students are groomed to become confident and employable after they pass out.

GBS believes in making the students industry ready through intensive industry interactions. With this clear goal of making the students employable GBS has incorporated industry exposure in the curriculum through Learn and Intern, Work and Teach and Summer Internship programme. GBS believes that the entire placement exercise is a joint effort between the school and the students.
