Global Reach's Chairman Dr Sitasaran Singh is an alumnus of London School of Economics, University of Cincinnati (USA) and University of Akron (USA). He primarily supervises the assignments that Global Reach performs for educational clients around the world apart from providing career guidance to students at the Patna office.

Setup in 1991, Global Reach, is the first Overseas Education Consultant of its type in Eastern India and amongst the first few in the country. Global Reach was the first to run education exhibitions for International Universities in Kolkata in 1992-93, long before IDP and the British Council ECS were setup.

Global Reach, set-up in 1991, pioneered the concept of educational counseling in Eastern India and currently manages the marketing and representation of over 100 accredited foreign universities and educational institutions world wide. Though Global Reach represents Overseas Universities in India and is considered amongst the most comprehensive consultants in India, the process actually begins with career counseling. Our trained counsellors advise students on careers in demand and try to match it with the students educational background and aptitude. The counsellors are not just trained on options but have often also visited the institutions . The viewpoints and experiences of past students are referred to and all this makes the process extremely critical. We believe that overseas education is not an expense but an investment where the returns come over a lifetime. The counselling is customized and where requested assistance is also provided with information on educational loans. Global Reach has a separate team of Visa facilitator and they work with the student and his/her family to put together the papers in a manner that ensures a strong likelihood of success with the visa. Moreover, Global Reach assists the students in arranging with on-campus, off-campus and temporary accommodation. It also coordinates Airport pickups for the students with the University. Global Reach understands the anxiety of the students regarding their stay in a different country and to prepare them for it Global Reach arranges a PRE-DEPARTURE SESSION where information is provided about the country and the people, important documents and necessary items to be carried, etc. Global Reach provides the student with some useful tips regarding their stay in a foreign country. Global Reach has now started MOCK IELTS to provide extra service to the students, which helps the student to prepare themselves well before the final IELTS exam. The Mock IELTS Assessment Program takes place at most of the Global Reach locations, which is conducted in association with BRITISH COUNCIL.
